These are suggestions. If something works better for the stage communicators at your campus, feel free to adjust for their preference. Layout One: Worship This is the standard layout that is used at most locations. Current slide on top, showing Text Only, next slide below showing Text Only, with a message area on bottom and a clock in the bottom right of the screen. To copy a layout, simply right-click on an existing layout and select copy/paste. Click and drag to edit and move them. Stretch the box by its edges to resize to the Worship Pastor's preference. Select the individual elements in the bottom right-hand side. Layout Two: Stage Time/Message This layout is the same as #1, with two small changes: The current slide is showing a live slide instead of text only. The next slide is showing a static slideinstead of text only. This allows the stage communicator to see the slides that are being put on the screens and is a great reference for seeing dates, or names on slides as they are on stage. Layout Three: Last Closing Promo This layout is a large countdown clock on the top half of the screen, and a big message area in the bottom half of the screen. When applied as a cue to the offering video, this lets the stage communicator know that it is the last video, and how much time is left before they have to start talking again. Please use the image below as a reference to place the correct things on the screen. The only three elements you should have are Stage Message, System Clock and Video Countdown. Applying as a cue to slides This step allows each layout to be applied when clicking on designated slides. 1. Right-click on the designated slide, and selecting Add Action. 2. Select Stage, then your desired layout. We suggest adding layout cues to the following slides: First slide of Pre-Service/announcement slide loops - Worship First slide of every cover and worship song - Worship First slide of Stage Time - STG Time Last closing promo - Last Closing Promo After cues have been added to the correct slides, run through each one to double-check that the correct cues are in place.
