How to Input a Volunteer Application in Rock

When an attendee doesn't have an email address, a Life.Church staff member can assist them by submitting an online volunteer application from within the Rock RMS portal.

Navigate to rms.life.church and login using your staff credentials.

Note: LXP Interns do not have access to submit internal volunteer applications.

Use the applicant's name to search for their Rock profile.

If you can't find them, create their profile following the steps found in Enter a New Household article.

1.1 Go to individual's profile page.

1.2 Click the Actions button.

1.3 Select Submit Volunteer BGC.

2. When the volunteer application form loads on the screen, have the attendee fill in their personal information and serving preference.

3.1 Verify all of the required fields have been completed and

3.2 Click Next.

4.3 Confirm the verification questions on page two are completed.

4.2 Click Next.

The last page contains the Acknowledgment/Agreement for submitting the background check.

5.1 Verify this page is completed.

5.2 Click Submit.
