What is an Automated Text?
An automated text is a text message that automatically goes out based on the criteria you give it. For example, you can setup a Birthday text to go out each year on a person's birthday. That data is pulled from the subscriber data that you find in the Subscriber section of the TL Connects portal.
Create an Automated Text
Select which type you would like to create (most use cases will be 'Custom').
Selecting an option will provide a 'Custom Example' below.
Click "No" on the redeemable offer.
Enter your description.
Compose your message.
Include the Unsubscribe Info by checking the box. You can also click the First Name to include the persons name - which it will pull from the subscriber info.
Review your message and click "Create".
