This article will provide troubleshooting steps for getting video signal back to the Green Room, Office, or Nursing Mothers room TVs.

Is this issue happening on one or multiple tvs?

Which video converter do you have? (Behind the TV)

Decimator - Red box

Locate the Decimator behind the TV. Verify that it has power by pressing any of the 4 white buttons and looking for the screen to light up.

Decimator has power

Power cycle the decimator by unscrewing the silver part of the power cable plugged into the decimator. Wait ten seconds, plug it back in and secure the power cable to the decimator by screwing the silver part on until it is tight.

If at all possible, take a picture of the decimator screen.

If the decimator powers back up and you still do not have signal, please submit a ticket and attach the picture of the decimator screen to help us troubleshoot quickly.

Decimator does not have power

Verify that the power cable is securely fastened to the decimator.

Locate the wall outlet that the decimator is plugged into and make sure that the Red "wall wart" is securely plugged into the outlet.

This outlet is most likely behind the TV.

AJA HI5 - Gray box

Locate the AJA HI5 behind the TV

Verify that the HI5 has "Signal Lock" by looking for a red light on the side.

If the HI5 has no Signal Lock light, please submit a ticket.

Unscrew the black plastic power connector from the HI5 and pull the power cable out of the HI5

Wait 10 seconds, then plug power back in, and secure the power supply to the HI5 by tightening the black plastic connector.

If the HI5 powers back up and you still do not have signal, please submit a ticket.

Feel free to power cycle this guy by pulling the black power cable out. No need to unscrew anything.

The great part about the lumantek is that it shows any incoming video signal on the screen. If you don't see this after reboot, please submit a ticket.

If all 3 TVs say "No Signal", follow these steps

This operation cannot happen during a service. The following procedure includes shutting down all auditorium and lobby video distribution for about 60 seconds. Please wait until in between services to do the following.

Go to FOH, and reboot the video rack that has the Ross router in it.

Power down any and all KI PROs before rebooting any racks!

This rack is always underneath the video side of the desk. If you sit down at the ProPresenter computer, it will be just to the right of your legs!

Below is an example of this rack. It also has the Satellite receiver, and a few other TV distribution tools.

Turn the rack off by flipping the power switch in the top right corner.

When this power button is flipped, all TVs and projectors in the building will show "No signal".

Wait 10 seconds, then flip the power switch back to the "on" position.

The router takes about 60 seconds to fully come back on and start distributing video.

Once the projectors start to display the video feed again, head to one of the offending TVs and verify that everything is working well.

Make sure to verify that the SAT clock is lined up with the wall clock after rebooting these racks. Broadcast is ready and willing to toss a clock up on the SAT feed in between services!

If the issue persists after restarting this rack, please call the Tech Help Desk at (405) 216-2846.

Congratulations, you are done!
