Below is a simple checklist and video demonstrations of a few simple ways you can help the organization maintain our technical equipment in the Auditorium and Amp rooms. We are a small team maintaining a lot of equipment and we cannot do it alone.
Each area has specific tasks that you can help with either weekly or quarterly. We provided detailed videos on how to perform each task.
When you complete one of these tasks, please complete the forms below with the specific task that was performed and any details involved.

- Wipe surface
- Blow out equipment
- Clean keyboards and mice
- Clean LCD screens
- Eliminate the ‘other’ stuff under the booth.
- Clean and vacuum under booth
Quarterly
- Computer file management
Weekly
- Wipe down side TVs
- Under the stage organization
Quarterly
- Cable management
- Verify functionality of lights on stage
- Verify functionality of lights in air.
- Dust lights on stage

- Minimize dust in any way possible
- Keep organized
- Wipe down microphone grills for sanity (Clorox wipe)
Quarterly
- Clean amp filters
- Verify Mic and IEM RF coordination (more information coming soon!)
- Deep clean microphone grills
Quarterly
- Verify inventory quantity by model.
- Verify serial numbers on anything on the ground
- Go to Tech.Life.Church and select Asset Panda on the top menu.
- Login via your campus volunteer login
- user: (campus code)[email protected]
- password: send password request to [email protected]
- Sort by Room by selecting the Room radio button
- Verify serial numbers of each piece of gear that is on the floor or accessible. Simply verify quantity of anything in the air. If you find any discrepancies submit a ticket via http://tech.life.church
