If someone asks to use a Teams Conference room for a Zoom meeting, then these steps will allow the person to use a general conference room setup for a Zoom call.
1. To add a Zoom call, you must setup the email invite to the conference room with Location, the Zoom Meeting link, and date.
The meeting invite should look like the image below.
2. Once the invite is sent, the Tap in the Conference Room should have the meeting and ready to Join, like a Teams meeting.
3. When the meeting is joined, then the Tap will have the ability to control the Zoom meeting.
