- Life.Church Secure network
- At some point after your name change you will be disconnected from the Secure network. When this happens you can reconnect by using your new first.last name and email password.

There are a few things including Staff Portal, Dropbox, Rock RMS, and Tableau that will update overnight. You shouldn't need to perform any additional steps to sign into these things after your name change.
Additional apps (likely not using Single-Sign-On) will require you to download and sign in
- Adobe Acrobat
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Any other third party app not connect with Life.Church Office 365 account
Tip: Authenticator App
You may notice that your name in the Authenticator app remains your old name. This will still work to authenticate your account but if you would like to set it up with your new name, reach out to [email protected] and we can walk you through the steps to correct that.
Tip: Single-Sign-On
Single-Sign-On simply means that it will use your Life.Church email and Life.Church password. For apps that don't use SSO, your password may be different than your Life.Church password. You would have created a password specifically for that application in these cases.
