If you're unable to log into your Mac you can reset your profile password with the steps below.
First, shut down your computer. When shut down, press and hold the power button until you see the screen below. Click 'Options' and 'Continue'
Click 'Forgot all passwords' on the next screen
Enter your recovery key
IT will need to provide your recovery key so please contact us at [email protected] for this information.
After entering the recovery key, click 'Reset Password'
Select your profile and you will be asked to enter a new password.
