Sometimes you might have lines in the video feed, lip sync issues, or no audio at all; the first step in troubleshooting is to reboot. Please reboot before contacting support. It might take a few minutes to reboot completely. This article will walk you through rebooting a Harmonics satellite receiver.
Steps to Reboot
Use the arrow keys and enter button to navigate through the steps below.
1. Navigate to Unit
Hit enter to clear the screensaver and then scroll down to Unit then press Enter.
2. Scroll down to Reboot
Use the arrows to scroll to Reboot and hit Enter
3. Confirm by pressing Enter
Hit Enter again to confirm you want to reboot.
4. Rebooting
If you see the screen above, you have successfully rebooted! It takes less than 2 minutes to reboot, please be patient.
