We've put together a set of images for you to use to verify your Marshall Camera settings. This article will help reset your camera in case something got changed.

Which Camera do you have?

Where will the pool be located for Baptism Weekend?

Considering lobby setup or side stage, please choose an option for best settings.

Best Practice:  We believe these settings will result in the best looking image beside the stage, as long as you light the baptism camera with a few stage wash lights and possibly a back/side fill light.  It's also common to use the photo op LED wash lights on tripod stands.

To access the menu on the camera,

Press in the joystick on the back of the camera.

Then use the joystick to navigate and verify the settings below.

Best Practice:  We believe these settings will result in the best looking image with TONS of sun light in the lobby. It's also common to use the photo op LED wash lights on tripod stands and possibly the lobby accent lights normally for artwork.

Remember to compare the image on the Lobby TVs and Projectors to achieve the best looking balance between both of those.

To access the menu on the camera,

Press in the joystick on the back of the camera.

Then use the joystick to navigate and verify the settings below.

At this point, we'd anticipate that you might need to adjust and balance the shutter setting and the gain setting. On a cloudy day with little accent lights helping, you might need more gain. Settings above and below are for a VERY sunny day with all accent light options.

It's been the case that the Central Tech team has needed to setup the 503 camera and change the resolution without any visual confirmation. In the case no visual confirmation is available, we have preserved these instructions .

To set up without a visual confirmation:

  • Click middle button to engage menu
  • 6 Clicks Down
  • Enter
  • 2 Clicks Up  (or 11 Clicks Down)
  • Enter
  • 1 Click Right
Congratulations, you are done!
